This collection contains programs and materials of the "Michigan in Perspective" Local History Conference, from its inception in 1958. Held each year at Wayne State University's McGregor Memorial Conference Center, the conference attracts historians from all over the state. The Burton Historical Collection staff organized the Friday night cocktail party receptions.
